If you're looking for a hilarious team-building activity your workmates will be talking about for years to come, then this is it. In this Sub Zero Challenge team-building experience, you and your colleagues will race against each other and the clock to conquer the tasks, accruing points along the way.

Think of a school sports day, but for adults… oh and it's also on ice to really crank up the chaos. You'll split into groups on arrival, then you'll shake hands, exchange some smack talk and perfect your war cries before you take on the crazy challenges. After you've finished them all, the scores will be totted up and there will be a medal ceremony to crown your Company Away Day Sub Zero Challenge Champions. Game on!

The Events:

Sledging Relay - The teams will get one sledge each and you'll then race against the clock to see how many runs you can get.

Tubing Drag Race - Similar to the Sledging Relay but we've substituted the sledge for a whacky, giant rubber ring.

Team Luge Slide - Each team will fire down the 60m long Luge track and the winners will be those who get the fastest individual run, the best-combined team run or the quickest average time.

Sledge Build - Not only will you need to construct a sledge as quickly as possible, but it'll also need to be well built as you'll then put them to the test in a time trial against your colleagues.

Igloo Build - You and your team will attempt to build a deconstructed igloo which is lying in 20 individual pieces. The team with the most pieces in place wins.

A real test of teamwork this fantastic activity is a great way to get your colleagues to improve their communication skills without even realising it. Hilarious fun from start to finish it also provides plenty of great photo opportunities which can be unknowingly pulled out at the Christmas do. Get booking!
