It's time to hit the school field and don the P.E. kits once again for a throwback school showdown!

On our whistle, you'll be going head to head with your work chums in a nostalgic school sports day team building event that sees the CEO and the intern in a three-legged race or the head of HR with an egg and spoon.

You'll be welcomed by no-nonsense P.E. teachers ("You boy! Are you chewing?") before being split into 'houses', where you'll compete against your opponents to earn the most house points to win the gold.

You won't need a workforce of top athletes to take part in this hilariously silly event as all ages and levels of physical fitness will have their moment to shine as top sports day student.

Events may include:

• Egg and Spoon
• Three-Legged Race
• Bean Bag Race
• Sack Race
• Space Hoppers
• Tug of War
• Wheelbarrow Race
• Hoop Toss

You don't need to be the strongest or fastest, teamwork and 'having a go' is key as the PE Masters will naturally disqualify any teams they think have an unfair advantage. This is all kinds of nostalgia and you can add even more by insisting each team comes up with a name or wears the appropriate sports gear from the era of your choosing ("It's all about the 90's!").

School Sports Day team building will have you in stitches with everyone taking part in some of their old favourites from during their school years. And anyone trying to get out of it with a note from their mum will have to stay behind and see us after class!
